- Everything on the website is about wine bottles. Can you etch other bottles?
You bet! We can etch beer bottles, wine bottles, vinegar bottles, glasses, vases - well you get the idea. Prices on the website are for 750 ml wine bottles of our supply. Other glass vessels may require different pricing. Please contact us for information.
- Will you supply wine bottles in sizes other than 750 ml?
Yes we can. Upon special request, we can offer 1.5 liter bottes and tenths. Champagne bottles are also available. Colors are limited. Please contact us for pricing on any bottles other than 750 ml.
- What if I have my own bottles - will you etch these?
Absolutely. We're please to use your bottles or ours. Please contact us for information on how to ship the bottles to us and for special pricing using your bottles.
- How long will it take to get my order for a custom bottle?
Once the graphic has been reviewed and agreed upon, shipment time depends on volume. Normally orders less than 2 cases will be ready to ship in less than 10 calendar days.
- Can I get a sample?
To see what an etched bottle looks and feels like, we recommend ordering one of our Ready-to-Fill bottles.
For a custom order, we can provide you with a sample at the price of a single bottle. Should you choose to order more, we will credit the price difference for that bottle. Should you order a total of a case or more (of the same graphic) we will credit the shipping cost of the single bottle as well.
- Can you etch full bottles?
Yes----and no. We can etch bottles full or empty - however, at this time we are only offering the "etch while full" service to local (Charlotte) area customers. If you are in the Charlotte area, please call or email us to work out details. For a quantity order, we will pick up and deliver for a small handling charge.
